Shipping policy

At Veluxe Hair, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. As we operate on a pre-order basis, all items are sourced after your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. Please allow 10–21 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number so you can monitor your parcel's progress. We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries within South Africa. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days for major cities, 2–5 business days for regional areas, and up to 7 business days for remote locations, although these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Veluxe Hair cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details. Once an order has been handed over to The Courier Guy, the courier assumes responsibility for the delivery of the parcel; however, we are happy to assist with tracking and resolving any shipping-related concerns. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable South African consumer law or where an error has occurred on our part.
