At Veluxe Hair, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to provide premium-quality hair products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, washed, brushed, or otherwise used. As we operate on a pre-order basis, orders are specially sourced once payment has been confirmed. Pre-orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase; after this period, cancellations and refunds cannot be accommodated. If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund to your original payment method. Orders are shipped via The Courier Guy, and while we will assist with tracking your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays once the package has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate, as additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect information will be the customer's responsibility. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008, and all applicable consumer rights remain in full effect.
